Villa Voukithro is located in the village of Loutses, in a quiet environment, with an exceptional view of the mountains and the sea. It is close to the historic village of Perithia, the small port of Kassiopi and the beautiful beaches in the North East of the island of Corfu.
It is a 15 drive to the closest beach.
Each bedroom is independent, with it’s own en-suite bathroom, wardrobe and TV. You can access to each bedroom through two doors : the entrance door and on the other side the door giving access to the garden and the pool.
The bedrooms are equipped with a queen bed, 2 night stands, a TV, independent air-conditionning and all the necessary linen.
The bathrooms features a shower, a wastafel, toilets, hairdryer, amenities and all the linen.
A flight of stairs brings you from the ground level, where the bedrooms are located, to the first floor. You will find there a very wide air-conditionned open space with balconies and great views on the sea on one side and the mountain on the other side.
Facing the swimming pool a very large living room with a L shape sofa is very relaxing at all time of the day or the night. You can listen to some music, watch a DVD or select one of the many international channels broadcasted through 2 different satellites. Eutelsat for 22 French TV channels or Astra for other international channels.
Between the living room and the kitchen you will find a desk where you can work on your computer. The villa is equipped with WiFi with many repeaters to distribute internet in every room and around the pool.
The kitchen lies between the living room and the dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hobs, extractor, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, conventional oven and microwave oven.
There is also a small laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. And some toilets for guests.
The dining room is at the end of the floor with three very large windows and balconies. A very nice wood table can welcome 8 guests.
A huge roof top terrace offers outstanding views of the sea, the olive trees around and the mountain. Watching sunset from there while having a drink will bring you unforgettable memories.
You can relax in the sun all day on one of the sunbeds around the swimming pool. The is 1m40 deep and 8 meter long. You can also have lunch and/or dinner close to the pool and grill your own food on the BBQ.
There is a nice lawn in front of the bedrooms, next to the pool where you can relax in front of an olive grove. There is also a nice garden between the parking lot and the villa.
You can park 2 cars inside the property.
